MALTON, Norton and District Hospital's League of Friends is holding a fundraising cookery demonstration with the man who trained celebrity chef James Martin.
Ken Allinson, a college tutor and lecturer, will prepare and serve various dishes at St Peter’s Church Hall, Langton Road, next Thursday at 7.30pm.

The evening will also see a display by the Malton and Norton Flower Club with refreshments and recipe sheets also on offer.

Tickets cost £8 and are available from the charity’s shop in Wheelgate or on the evening.
